BOOKING POLICIES

Appointments are booked through our online booking system. You access this by selecting a service from one of our service sections and schedule an appointment or consultation. If no appointments are available, this means we are fully booked and/or we have not released our new available dates. If this is the case or if none of our available dates work for you, please contact us directly.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Please contact us directly to book our Private or Group Training. A DEPOSIT is required to secure your seat. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We offer financing on our trainings. Please contact us for more information.

HOW DO I BOOK A TRAINING SESSION?

Although we book 2-3 weeks in advance and do encourage you to book accordingly to avoid disappointment, there is no harm in giving us a call to see if there may be a spot available sooner. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

A non-refundable $50 or $100 booking fee or deposit (depending on service cost) is required to secure your appointment. The fee will go towards your grand total. The remaining balance will be due during the appointment.

DO I NEED TO PAY A BOOKING FEE AND WILL IT BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL?

Booking Fees (deposits) are non- refundable. You are allowed to reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice with no penalty. The booking fee is forfeited if rescheduled within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule more than once, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee of $100 will be required to book a new appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment, booking fees will be forfeited.

CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AND GET A REFUND ON MY BOOKING FEE?

Booking Fees will be transferable to a later date as long as you book within 3 months of the initial appointment. Appointment must be for the same person. However, our rescheduling policy of 48 hours will apply.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BOOKING FEE IF I CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE LATER DOWN THE ROAD?

Please inform us if you are running late. Your appointment will be considered CANCELLED after 10 minutes and the booking fee will be forfeited, if you have not contacted us in time.  A NEW booking fee will be obtained to secure a new appointment.

WHAT DO I DO IF IM RUNNING LATE?

NO SHOWS will forfeit their booking fee and will no longer be permitted to schedule a new appointment with us. We always confirm your appointment 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Please be courteous with our time as we are with yours. We have zero tolerance for NO SHOWS as this causes a negative impact on our business.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY APPOINTMENT AND DON'T SHOW UP?

NO SHOWS will forfeit their booking fee and will no longer be permitted to schedule a new appointment with us. We always confirm your appointment 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Gem Replacement warranty appointments are subject to the SAME LATE, CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES as other services. 
Failure to follow stated policies WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.

Please ensure that you have read, and understood the conditions and terms of your warranty upon booking any appointment.
